Serinabay JMB Vs Robert Bench Court Case 2013

Dear residence ,

As for information to all residences that did not attend the EGM 13.01.2013 , the main task under taken by the JMB of Serinabay now is getting justice of law to our residences pertaining law suits of  Robert bench to JMB of serinabay .

We Insyallah will win this case and get back all of our document hold by them without JMB consent .

In this case we JMB of serinabay confident that with all evidence in our hand we have a case , not only for their suits against us but fact after fact there is Questionable and UN explains transactions that has been done by them for all this document is not given back to us ... they can say it is because we JMB hold their payment but with no contracts or document to supports this notions plus under what act permits them to act by taking all this document out from our offices without authorizations of JMB.

Please all give support and pray that Justice will be in our hand Insyallah ...

We are now at the final stage of negotiations between lawyer and affidavits have been file to the magistrate's
