IMPORTANT ISSUES STILL HAVEN'T BEEN SETTLED BY 2010 JMB

Hi!.. Everyone I'm highlighting things that really important to us as residences of serinabay apartment .
apart from all the development bring by the current JMB 2010 but yet have not been declare by them

1. UN audited account from December 2008 to November 2009 ( 1 set Of accounts ) And December 2009 to November 2010 JMB ( 1 Set Of accounts ) initially when I'm the chairman of 2010 JMB for the first 3 months , i have already sign document saying that Robert bench will only be resign after they have settled making accounts From December 2008 to the agreement Letter dated 23.06.2010 and audited in Oder for them to be released by 2010 JMB , but now the accounts as far as now has not been declared and presented to resident yet has not been audited but Robert Bench has been replaced by Jiran wangi . I hope the Current Chairman Of JMB 2010 , will consider this as really important in order for them to hand over In future for the new JMB 2011.

Robert Bench / JMB 2010 / JIRAN WANGI
December 2009 to November 2010 Accounts Has Not been audited and presented to COB.
- 2010 JMB take over 19.06.2010
- Robert Bench Last Working Day SEPTEMBER 2010.
- JIRAN WANGI take over 1st OCTOBER 2010.

2. Strata Titles : until now there is no feedback from 2010 JMB and developers Or our lawyer regarding our strata titles . just to share according to law no renovations can be made to extend the extra 200sft to b renovated as rooms or any other works until strata is out .But now everyone has already do renovations i don't know from where does this authorisations comes from. If we see  our S&P agreement its just tell us the house size is 700sft only Extra 200sft is common areas. I really hope that Our strata Titles has no problem in getting it and renovations that has been done would not be effected.

Please residence take notes on this matter , cause it is really important to us in saying this units belong to us.
