峇六拜努里公寓居民不满槟州建筑物专员委员会冷待居民投诉。
（槟城21日讯）峇六拜努里公寓（Pangsapuri Nuri）居民不满槟州建筑物专员委员会冷待居民对公寓管理层的投诉。
该公寓居民代表于周四到光大与委员会碰面，其中居民代表阿基迪表示，当居民代表前往建筑物专员委员会的光大办公室，希望向当局详细解释及出示公寓管理委员会滥权的证据时，聂阿里斯竟然只是向代表指有关当局已经回信，因此没必要再谈，就把他们赶走，令他们感到不满。
他指出，该公寓管理委员会涉嫌滥权谋私，除了不曾向居民公布委员会的账目，其中更有高层涉嫌发包该公寓工程于自己的公司。他指出，管理委员会不仅没有公布账目交代居民所缴交的管理费去向，反而更有意提高管理费，却没有认真看待公寓的安全问题如防火系统及地层下陷的问题。
他透露，该委员会并无遵守14天前通知居民的规定，且故意选择在办公日期（周三）举行居民大会，试图让多数持反对意见的居民无法出席，且取消民众大会上的问答环节，刻意回避居民的问题。
然而，当民众致信建筑物专员委员会后，对方却在承认该大会有问题的状况下，要求居民继续召开大会，并声称已经派官员前去了解。“但该官员只是来到委员会的办公室，聊了几句就离开，并没有和其他居民了解情况。”
他认为，有关单位没有严肃看待此事，且随意打发上门的民众是没有诚意的做法，因此希望州政府可关注并尽早解决居民的忧虑。
