Sabotage Again And Again Happening Here In Serinabay Apartment

Dear residences ,

Today 19.03.2012 Monday i have been call by a lot of residences here in block B Serinabay apartment again regarding no water the whole building .I have call up the Pump Specialist From Jintec Sdn Bhd to come and give the reason and make the pump run again , Below is the reason given by the company :

1. Someone go in the pump room at level 13th and closed the valve pump pipe water going into the pump and to be pump going to the rooftop .

2. One of the valve from the two valve can be open but , one more is jammed because of the pump running with no water causing heat build up in the empty pipe making the seals in the one of the pipe that been closed to melt inside jamming the valves cannot turn to open it .

3. Jintec has open the other valve and make now the pump is running one instead of two , one run one rest normally .Jintec advise that for now water is filling the tank above at rooftop but it will need at least 3-4 day to full again as normal .The water now running into houses but slow pressure because of the problems and also because the pressure pump at rooftop can't functions until his sensor or water level reach in order to automatic run this pressure pump . Maybe some house might not have water because from now everybody is filling up water .The tank size at the rooftop is 10feet X 10 Feet saiz X 4 Tanks to cater 3-4 Day during no water time .And the Optimal Level For all to back to normal is 8 Feet .

So residence we really needs to have cooperation's from all , now JMB has already approve and in progress of installing 15 CCTV in all 11 Lifts RM20K + 32'inch Monitors + CCTV in fronts of each Blocks Ground floor , but we can't afford to install this CCTV in all The Pump rooms and Rooftop because it is costly ... Average fund needed to run monthly expenses in serinabay is RM100K , We JMB 2011 - 2012 Now has already manage to save up total amounting to RM50K as Shinking Fund , RM35K is in fixed deposit accounts , by right should be done earlier by the previous JMB but not been done . Now we have a lot of residences here staying Free maintenance they don't pay a cent's from day one until now total amounting to RM500K++, How are we going to give all to everybody instead some don't pay .... some sabotage here and there ...some doesn't even care ....Borang A has been issued out under my instructions to MPPP and Now in final stage going to the COB MPPP Offices komtar . I really hope after all that received this letter act fast within 21 day to settled all theirs debt to the management ...We JMB 2011-2012 will Followup this matters According to act663 until Borang C is finally out for those that think they are above the law .

I know all this happen because some people just would like to create this reason for not paying their maintenance  , but my questions is for how long and those this benefits them if something big problems accrue that needs big amount to pay , from where are they going to find money to pay all this .

Some will say we can get fund either state of federal government to help , but is it fair for taxes payers money used to helps people such as this people that like to push theirs problems to other people... To me so stupid for any state or federal  government to used fund to help this kind of cases it is a waste of money instead they can help other people that really need help.

Stand united and fight with me for all residences that pay theirs maintenance's
