FIRST STEP IN COLECTING RM500K DEBTORS AMOUNTING IN SERINABAY APARTMENT

HOUSE UNITS OWNERS THAT HAS OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF RM500.00 AND ABOVE TOTAL AMOUNTING FOR ANY HOUSE UNITS IN SERINABAY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BY THE MANAGEMENT :

1. TO BUY CARDS FOR DOORS AND CAR EXCESS IF BROKEN
2. TO BUY NEW CARD FOR DOORS ( MAXIMUM 5 CRAD ONE HOUSE )

THIS IS BECAUSE TO MAKESURE THAT IS ALL FAIR TO ALL RESIDENCE LIVING AND USING RESIDENCE FACILITY IN THIS BUILDING

FOR THOSE THAT IS HAVING DEBT IN YOUR MAINTAINANCE ACCOUNTS , PLEASE COME TO OUR MANAGEMENT OFFICES TO DISCUSS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

ALL STATEMENT OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT UNIT WILL BE OUT TO YOUR LETTER BOXE BY SOMEWHERE AUGUST DEPENDING TO IQS RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO PREPARE IT , AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE .

1. Complaints actions that have not been settled by the management and JMB.
2. Ideas that you think would be useful for all the residence here in Serena Bay Apartment.
3. Problems accures now that nobody notes it.
4. Discussion solutions to our problems. ( This solutions will be broad up to next AGM as "usul -usul berbangkit " )
5. Platforms to be used by resident here for sending message or information ways of communications. ( Positive Information )
