AGAIN AND AGAIN OUR SERINABAY APARTMENT PENANG RIGHT HAVE BEEN PUSH AWAY AND DENIE AS REGISTER VOTERS IN PENANG

FOR SO LONG I HAVE QUIET MY SELF AND TRY TO CLOSE ME EYES UPON WHAT HAVE BEEN HAPPENING HERE AND DONE BY THE 3 MAJOR ENTITIES THAT ALWAYS PUSH AND DENIE OUR RIGHT AS RESIDENTS , REGISTER VOTERS , TAX PAYERS BOTH TOTHE STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERMENT IN PENANG AND MALAYSIA ...

THESE 3 MAJORS ENTITIES ARE :

1. COB ( COMMISSIONER OF BUILDING SALARY PAID BY FEDERAL BUT CONTROL BY YDP PENANG STATE )

2. IQS RESOURCES ( MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT HAVE FLEE AWAY LEAVING ALL SHIT ,UN ATTENDED COMPLAINT ,UN MAINTAIN BUILDING AND OVER DUE DEBTS OF RM200K OVER IN OUR SERINABAY APARTMENT ACCOUNTS )

3. 2013-2015 JMB MEMBERS THAT NEGLECTED TO DO VOID AGM MEETING AND ANSWERING ABOUT THIER EXCESSIVE SPENDING THAT UNTILL CLEAR OUT HOUSE AND ACCOUNTS WITH RM50K PLUS OF OUR FIXED DEPOSIT SHINKING FUND IS GONE!!

I HAVE FOUGHT SO MUCH UNTILL SOMETIME I THINK IM THE ONLY ONE THAT UNSTATISFIED BUT THE REST JUST KEEP QUEIT DOING NOTHING AND SOME SAYING IT IS ME THAT IS BAD JUST COMPLAINTYING WHILE MAJORITIES ARE NOT ...THEN ITS STIKE ME IN THE HEAD I THINK I NEED TO SHUT UP !!! AND LET IT BE ...

I HAVE BEEN BLIND AND DEAF FOR ONE YEAR PLUS ,BUT EVERY DAY ALL THESE ENTITIES JUST DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT AND DONT FEELS PRESSURE OR GUILT ,ITS OUR MONEY THEY ARE USING AND SPENDING ON WHAT !!!

THE LIFT IS NOT MAINTAIN
THE 24HOUR SECURITY IS NOT DOING THIER WORK
THE COMPLAINT AND REPAIR TO MAINTAIN THIS BUILDING IS NOT TAKEN CARE
LEAKAGE EVERYWHERE
PLANT GETTING TALLER NOT TRIM AND TO MAKE IT EASY LET THEM DIE
DOOR WITH CARD READER BEEN DEACTIVATE OPEN ALL TO WHO EVER WANT TO COME IN SERINABAY
CRIMINAL CASE ARAISING
DRUG ADDICT ,FOREIGN WORKING GIRLS ,GRO AND HUMAN TRAFICKING USED SERINABAY AS HIDE OUT
WHEN RAIN FLOOD EVERYWHERE
FACILITIES LIKE SWIMING POOLS SPOILS / GYM ROOM ALL DAMAGE AND STOLEN / SAUNA ROOM ROSAK / GAME ROOM NOTHING CAN PLAY

THIS IS NOT APARTMENT WITH FACILITIES OF CONDOMINIUM THAT EARLIER I HAVE BOUGHT AND EVEN CHAIR FOR 2 YEARS UNTILL 2012

WHEN COMPLAINT TO :

1. COB - THE 2013-2014 JMB AGM IS VOID AND AKNOWLEDGE BY THEM BUT YET SIT ON IT UNTIL NOW MORE THEN 15 MONTH , NEARLY END OF 2015 NOTHING CAN BE DONE BY COB KOMTAR .. IM POINTING NAME USELESS PERSON IN COB ( Mohd Yazid Hadzrim Ibrahim ) AND MANY MORE .. TO ME THEY ARE JUST "BODOH SOMBONG " AND NO INTEGRITI PERSONS ...

2. IQS RESOURCES - CLEAVER MANAGEMENT JUST TO RAISE PROBLEM THAT CAN GENERATE REVENUE IN COMMISION TO THEM AS INTRODUSING CONTRACTORS BUT DOING THE SHIT WORKS .. THEY WILL ALWAYS THINK OF A WAY TO USED YOUR FUND MONEY BY JUST CREATING UN NESSARRY PROBLEMS IF THE JMB CHAIRMAN IS JUST GILA KUASA BUT DONT WANT TO COME DOWN AND GIVE COMMITMENT IN DOING SOME WORKS....

3. 2013-2015 JMB ,THEY ARE JUST LIKE PARROTS JUST RELYING ON IQS RESOURCES TO HANDLE ALL PROBLEMS AND GIVE DECESIONS THAT HAVE BEEN FIXED BY IQS RESOURCES , SOME SAY ITS LIKE IQS OWN THEM ... BUT WHEN GOING GET TOUGH IQS JUST BEEN LEEF BY JMB TO LET GO QUIT JUST LIKE THAT ..AND EVEN THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER ALL THE SHIT THAT THEY THEM SELF SIGN AND APPROVED .

Dear mr Amin

Im one of the Jelutong Serina bay residence. My floor unit is 18-24-07 , top floor which facing leakage on roof which fall under management governance . The complain have made over a year however the iQS management office just ignore my request even with the COB letter issued also they don't care.
Need your kind assistance or advise on my case as I have no ideas what to do right now .

Appreciate if COB side can take further action towards the Serina Bay apartment management (Iqs
resources)for them to take action on their part.

Dear Sir,

Urgent: Seeking Assistance In Expedite The Water Leakage Problems

I am writing to seek for your assistance to pressure the management to solve the water leakage of the rooftop that cause severe harms to my unit and our lives.

2. I am the owner of unit 18-24-07 of Serina Bay Apartment, which is at the highest level of the block. The water leakage of the block rooftop has seriously caused my living room ceiling to fall down (pictures attached). During the raining season, serious floods happened in my unit, especially in the living room and the second room. The fan and lamp attached with the ceiling are not functional as the electric wires are wet. These conditions not only caused many inconveniences to us, and they have been very seriously threatened our safety and lives.

3. The water leakage happened since August 2014 and several requests and complaints we have been making to Serina Bay Apartment management, IQS Resources. I stepped to the management office but was only able to deal with the staff, not the property manager. Calls were made, e-mail as dated November 3rd were sent (please refer to the email below), but were not attended.

4. I was told to wait for decision made during the management Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 1-September-2014, but was told to wait for another AGM at 31-December-2014, and then one more at 9-March-2015. My case has been dragged since August 2014 till today, and no significant actions taken by the management. However, the leakage problem and flood in my unit are getting more and more harmful day by day, which seriously need to be attended promptly.

I am so disappointed with the actions taken by the management which are actually dragging our requests for eight months. The management does not show their sincerity in settling the water leakage of the rooftop and my unit; and I am allowed to deal with the staff in management office only. I am desperately seeking for your department to help me in expediting this matter. Looking forward to your soonest reply. Thanks.

Im teh shih hung, Serina bay residence. My unit is 18-24-07. My rooftop have serious leakage that cause one piece of plaster ceiling in my house fall down. I complaint thru the management office since july but the progress was slow. The problems keep on occurred although they have told me they are doing something. 
As of recent the whole living room wil be flood when raining. And my plaster ceiling look like going to fall down. 
The fan & light that attached with the plaster ceiling will collapse and it is dangerous to my life.
I hopes you solve the issue immediately as it is very dangerous to  me
