14.06.2010 Case : Stealing and Shit In Our Swimming Pools Incident Capture By Residence Given To Serinabay New 2010 Security Company

Hi Everyone !.. today is a very frustrating day on the incidents ac cure at serinabay apartment , that to me is unprofessional and double standard..

felony : 3 Indian girls
cases : 1 caught and admitted stealing cloths and 1 from the other 2 girls as witness admit that on the same day  at our laundry shops ground floor main entrances. 2 more plus the 1 stealing  caught by guards as witness shits in our swimming pools. All of them comes in through by climbing our back fences like a thief.on the 13.06.2010.

This are the 3 felony 1 of them the picture not clear so i can't put it in , but guards have it all of theirs picture.

This is the results on 14.06.2010 the day they were caught by residences at 5:45pm given to the guards manager to handle this cases.

My questions is :

1. Is this a proper procedure for guards to handle cases?.
2. Do guards have authorities to compensate any valuable from felony as "cagaran" or cases items to hold by guards manager , until the felony came back with theirs IC ?.
3. With all the proofs in hands why do the guards manager used the words "disyaki" or in English "suspect" in the above reports ?.
4. What happen is the name that the felony gave and written in the reports is no true, then they straight go to the polices stations and make a reports that they have been blackmail by the guards manager and to settle they have to give all theirs valuable as bribe to settle ?.
5. What going to happen to the valuable if the 3 felony doesn't comes back with theirs IC ?.

To me all this can be settle just by pushing it all to the polices stations ...since we have given this felony co-operations by letting 1 of them to go home and comes back with all theirs IC since 5:45pm 14.06.2010 Until 7:00pm 14.06.2010. In the ends she has vanished doesn't come back leaving the other 2 at guard stations block B.

The actions taken by the security manager questions me a lot on his accountability and credibility

To me this not right and not fair to the residences and not right to the law of security .

That all now , try to think it over all of us ..

New AGM 19.06.2010 Agenda IMPORTANTS MATTERS That Not Included In This Meeting

Hi Everyone!..

Today I'm going to share about the procedures in any AGM that the most important thing to declare is "Accounts Details ". Now lets us look upon Serinabay Apartment Cases, If the old JMB didn't declare theirs account status it's is dangerous for New JMB to take over.

Unless :

1. This AGM 19.06.2010 The 2009 JMB Gazette the Account Details Declarations and minutes it in the meeting , on what is the current status and what is the problems that they have not cleared and settle and what is the progress.

2. The Current 2009 JMB Needs to declare in the meeting 19.06.2010 and minutes that what ever the outcome of the unsettled account will be born responsibility by those who responsible .And the New JMB 2010 have right to hand over this case to authorities if the audited company show the results on submitted accounts done by Robert bench if unbalances accounts not matters cause by Kasporat Or Robert Bench Under management Of 2009 JMB.

3. The new JMB 2010 Needs The Current Opening Balances Amount For July 2010 As New JMB 2010 Handover amount From 2009 JMB as for starting and minutes in the meeting 19.06.2010.
( This Figure for me also not right because as for me the outstanding accounts that they needs 2 months to settled can not be telly roughly i think and all of my friends also agreed that they will be of RM100K more or less unbalances with shortage of resit to declare usage and claims , Especially the collections of maintenance resit amounts with actual payment done by residences. )

As far as i know that the current 2009 JMB needs about 2 months more to compile and set up accounts done by Robbert bench  from the day 2009 JMB take over accounts from Kasporat, Manage By  FA Resources until the day they replaces FA With  Robert Bench as management company .This Accounts now with Ms Linda Accounts clerk from Robert Bench company they are charging serinabay residences RM800.00 Per accounts for a month all together 8 months all , this is as per agreed from Robert Bench With Mr Tan Kean Paw 2009 JMB President.

After This this consolidate accounts needs to be given to auditing company to audit as audited accounts for declarations to COB and residences . This will also cost RM2-3K and yet if the result not balances the audit company will ask The current 2010 JMB for permissions to proceeds investigations and explanations on what are the problems. After all been check finally the auditing company will give a details reports of the accounts status if unbalances from where is the shortage come from and  who is responsible .

The new 2010 JMB have right to reports this to authorities or discuss it with relevant parties on how to settled it and will declare it to residences on the outcomes.

So now residences what we needs to stress on the 19.06.2010 meeting if not everybody nominated will take back the nominations and refuse to be elected."Tarik Diri".

1. To discuss on accounts matters and minutes it in meeting as one the agenda of this AGM meeting before the elections of new JMB 2010.
2. To discuss on "USUL-USUL" given on paper to the management offices earlier and minutes it on meeting ,before the elections of new JMB 2010. The results will be gazetted as our new "House Rules "
