Latest news and also for those spy of jmb and dr Amelia to pass to them ..

She is now contacting the auditor AT konsortium to close this case ... And arranging to meet the auditors in kl ... So clever ...

This is because thier partner in crimes MR Safuan workers in AT konsortium have find out that the auditors already know all thier backstabbing works ... She used Safwan to do this fraud audits accounts ... And now asking auditors to acknowledge the audits report that have been presented under the name of AT konsortium so they all will be free of the fraud charges !!!

But what they don't know is I have all evidence that show at konsortium have written letter that show that they are not appointed as auditor and did not do this audit accounts ...

Now is the time to test the auditors integrity and also to see what based they going to change the denial letter content saying that it's true !!!

I believe the auditor of AT konsortium cannot be bought in cash from them ... And not people can be RASUAH !!!

We will see the end game soon !!!

P\S : 2013 norazizi has done the audits report for serinabay but never get paid yet until now ... So according to law jmb must pay and give letter of termination of services to norazizi first before they can give letter of appointment to AT konsortium charted accounts ...

1. Right now Dr Emelia is using her staffs of E&O accounting services to grand an audience to meet auditor .. But auditor have confirm no meeting will be entertained by auditor just see In court

2. Auditor have given clearer picture that this mr Safuan is just practical student of uitm that taken in for training and now no more in working with AT Konsortium working as freelance taking project for Any auditing company ..

3. This ms Liyana working for dr Amelia of E&O accounting services have mentioned that have made payment to this mr Safuan freelance , but now question by auditors of why he never declare this serinabay project to Auditor AT Konsortium ..and as qualified and high standard auditor he also question the integrity of Safuan and why there is no appointment letter given to him as auditor to consider upon taking or not taking this serinabay initially for this serinabay apartment then only with auditor approval he can received payment ... Right now there is no records of at Konsortium taking audit project from serinabay jmb ..

4. This ms Liyana is former resign workers of Norazizi Rashid charters accounts and now working with dr Amelia in E&O accounting services . She is the network contact to auditors in kl and Amelia is person who bring business to them by using her contact kl auditors ...

So now both auditors At Konsortium and Nirazizi  Rashid have agreed that to push this case to polices first under CBT charges ..

With this letter its clearly this is an act of " falsifying Legal Document " Pecah Amanah and need to take action upon E&O Accounting Services And IQS Resources Plus JMB 2013-2014 That have together sign this audit report and present to residents plus to " NATO COB KOMTAR PENANG " in ths COB i have make the complaint earlyer to EN NIK ARIF Pengarah COB Komtar Penang .. Yet Ask them to Siasat usless no action ... They can just take the audit report and with accountant in this COB no one care to go thorugh this audit report given to them by the 2013-2013 JMB ... 

Now its has been plan by COB komtar to wash thier hand upon this matter and to push for MC formations , but what about this falsified audit report .... we resident have been denied of have our own money collections accounts from October 2013 until coming to the end of 2015 " No Audited Accounts Presented " What is COB KOMTAR Penang Doing ?????? Why is Nik Ariff  Not Moving at All ???? What is the YDP Patayah Doing ???

Im one of the Jelutong Serina bay residence. My floor unit is 18-24-07 , top floor which facing leakage on roof which fall under management governance . The complain have made over a year however the iQS management office just ignore my request even with the COB letter issued also they don't care.
Need your kind assistance or advise on my case as I have no ideas what to do right now .

Dear Sir,

Urgent: Seeking Assistance In Expedite The Water Leakage Problems

I am writing to seek for your assistance to pressure the management to solve the water leakage of the rooftop that cause severe harms to my unit and our lives.

2. I am the owner of unit 18-24-07 of Serina Bay Apartment, which is at the highest level of the block. The water leakage of the block rooftop has seriously caused my living room ceiling to fall down (pictures attached). During the raining season, serious floods happened in my unit, especially in the living room and the second room. The fan and lamp attached with the ceiling are not functional as the electric wires are wet. These conditions not only caused many inconveniences to us, and they have been very seriously threatened our safety and lives.

3. The water leakage happened since August 2014 and several requests and complaints we have been making to Serina Bay Apartment management, IQS Resources. I stepped to the management office but was only able to deal with the staff, not the property manager. Calls were made, e-mail as dated November 3^rd were sent (please refer to the email below), but were not attended.

4. I was told to wait for decision made during the management Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 1-September-2014, but was told to wait for another AGM at 31-December-2014, and then one more at 9-March-2015. My case has been dragged since August 2014 till today, and no significant actions taken by the management. However, the leakage problem and flood in my unit are getting more and more harmful day by day, which seriously need to be attended promptly.

I am so disappointed with the actions taken by the management which are actually dragging our requests for eight months. The management does not show their sincerity in settling the water leakage of the rooftop and my unit; and I am allowed to deal with the staff in management office only. I am desperately seeking for your department to help me in expediting this matter. Looking forward to your soonest reply. Thanks.

Dear Sir

Im teh shih hung, Serina bay residence. My unit is 18-24-07. My rooftop have serious leakage that cause one piece of plaster ceiling in my house fall down. I complaint thru the management office since july but the progress was slow. The problems keep on occurred although they have told me they are doing something. 
As of recent the whole living room wil be flood when raining. And my plaster ceiling look like going to fall down. 
The fan & light that attached with the plaster ceiling will collapse and it is dangerous to my life.
I hopes you solve the issue immediately as it is very dangerous to  me

Summary :

We Made Complaint To COB And Taken action by giving the 2013-2014 JMB letter calling them to redo the AGM within 30 Day Starting 07/04/2015 until 07/05/2015 .... But Until Now 16/05/2015 The 2013-2014 JMB of Serinabay Penang  Just ignore COB orders and keep delaying and denying the residents right to face them in meeting and answering all their miss management and explaining about our residences Sinking Fund that has been depleted without residence consent or in any EGM meeting .

I have call the director of COB again last 2-3 day back asking about our residence right to have AGM that has been denying  by the 2013-2014 JMB of serinabay even that COB have instruct them to REDO the AGM Meeting ...

The director Of COB Komtar Have told me that they have Issue Out another Reminder letter so that the 2013-2014 JMB of Serinabay to REDO the AGM this with Dateline Of 14 Days from date of the letter , with this action he hope the 2013-2014 JMB will understand there is no more delaying and denying and straight away concentrate just to call all residence AGM within this 14 days ...

So far until today 16.05.2015 there is NO action by the 2013-2014 JMB NOT even a notices by them to residence to call  for a meeting ....

Again our right as residence have been deniey again again its seem like as this building belong to them the 2013-2014 JMB ....

I also know why they the 2013-2014 JMB so eager to force the developers to do MC management Cooperation in Serinabay just because to deniey COB power over them and to avoid having AGM discussing their Questionable Audits Report that not been answer why has it been shown so BAD and with high Debts leftover ....and so many decision done by them that doesn't get consent from residences of this building ...

So frustrating and so sad to see these people that they think they can run away from all what have they done ...

I have even talk to PUTRAJAYA the head of COB Malaysia that pay all the salary of all COB staffs in Malaysia but report manage and report to State Government of respective state ...He also say in this case the State Govt especially the YDP of penang DR IR Hajah Patayah is the highest authorities that have power to settle this problems , i presume that COB komtar have update YDP upon this matters and i also really hope that we residence don't have to bring in media as our other action to seek for our residence right against this MONEY MAKING ONLY 2013-2014 JMB here in Serinabay Apartment Georgetown Penang .

As for now we still will be trusting in the Penang State Government to act more and less politics upon our problems ...but never denies the residence or rakyat power in this country .

Poor Managing By The JMB 2013-2014 Just For 1 Year Create Operation Debt Of RM291,520.39 , Increase Maintainace Unpaid Debt Of RM13K And Used All Of the Saving Fixed deposite Shinking Fund Money RM55,950.00 Saved by The Previous JMB 2011-2013

Selepas Saya bercakap dengan agent insurance mengenai niat kami ingin menggunakan

Polisi dibawah "error and omition " sebagai Jalan penyelesaian Kepada hutang hutang yang ditinggalkan jmb 2013-2014 gagal mendapat kebenaran Atas dasar tidak cover Untuk isu sebegini ... 

Akan tetapi jika jmb yang baru membiarkan syarikat syarikat yang Di hutang jmb 2013 - 2014 menyaman jmb of serinabay Kerana gagal membayar hutang yang mereka buat Ini maka "error and omition " Terpakai Kerana demi melindungi jmb of serinabay ...
