As you know since the JMB were formed last year, till date none of their jobs done have bring good to unit member.None of our complaints were attended, phone call not attended at all by the present Committee members. Meeting dates, minutes and attendance of Committee are not stated in the notice board. Furthermore, the Management and Maintenance office staff are too busy even to entertain queries and requests and they even refuse to receivecomplaints letters.
Currently the services at the apartment are getting from bad to worse. No guards can be seen in the day and night time.They have been wasting money on the alarm system because they have been put on the wrong side. Its is also a waste of money to install the auto gate when they can just let anybody in. In such a big expenses project which cost almost RM40,000/= they did not even get the consent of the resident before installing while the residents whose roof top are
leaking during raining season are suffering.
The audited account still could not come out because there are discrepancies which may amount to about RM100,000=. Without the audited account, there could not be any AGM. Under the rules of the Management Act 663,an AGM must be held not more than 15 months after the last AGM. Its now more than 15 months and as such, their Committee is now considered null & void.
As such for the concern of the residents, we are proposing to form a new Committee to take over the current one. Looking forward to your co-operation for the benefits & betterment of our residents and Serina Bay.

Hope you can put this blog addresse at our notice board due to let all the residents can serve with the comments and complaints to give betterment of our residents and Serina Bay.
I agreed 100 percent of your and Mr Steven view in JMB matter.They spent our money without our concern and also the don't care of residents problem.JMB was performed from the residents by the goverment is to over come any of residents problem but they are here like to create the problem.They thought they are a king and can do anything they wished without consulting the residents.They implement unneccessary things with a lot amount of money.As per rules and regulation AGM must be held not more than 15 months after the last AGM. Its now more than 15 months and as such, their Committee is now considered null & void.Hope we need to change a fresh JMB with got no intention in any of bussiness purpose and own benefit for our future benefits and betterment.

Dear all serina Bay Residence,
Some people only know how to pin point all the problems to certain peoples without any concern and looking on them self.
At Serina Bay, some people assume the are good enough where else other group of people with not same with they ideology or thinking are bad or worst.
This are the thing happen to Serina Bay residence, some people had do benefit for them self and making common area as they own property without thinking to other people.Example: shop lot, car park, koridor and staircase.
This are the peoples that always created and make problem to our place and make our place same as slumdog area.

Dear Residence,
Some people only know how to throw the problems and say many things without looking on them self.
Certain people also had do benefit by using common property as parking lot , shop lot , and used a corridor and staircase and they act like all the place as they own property.
This was the real things happening in Serina Bay.
All the residence need to have a good cooperation to make our living area to become a best place for us.
