As chairman i understand your concern, for your info the cost for putting CCTV in all lifts is rm19k allready we Jmb received 5 qoutations on this matters but at this moment our financial problems because of insufficient fund is delaying this matters to be install
By the way I thinks your are female and understand your delema when walking into a lifts that have all this scratch picture and as civilized people we all residences of serinabay should feels a shame of what been happening and display for all of us resident here to see in the lifts , as for me as chairman I have allready instructed Jiran Wangi to touch up all the scratch in all lifts every day as daily routine for temporary measure just because I also feels a shame if my relative and friends visit me here in Serinabay . But as far that I can see the orders was not done accordingly as requested . This is just for temporary basic untill the final solutions is installing CCTV can be done .
Bare with me all residences, start informing residences, neighbour and friends here in Serinabay to :
1. Work together with me in fighting vandalisme here in Serinabay
2. Pass out informations to me on where and when Did you see vandalisme is happening and do you have suspects that we should put observations
3. Please informs all residences it is important for all people here in serinabay to pay the maintainance fees here in Serinabay if we want to see changes that incurred cost implemented fast.
4. Always remember we all living under one roof here , we should be united not divided .
Always remember god won't change our fate,if we don't works for that changes.
who have claims here in serinabay , we all have claims and right in serinabay , but all of us also have responsibility and obligations to profils first in order to see changes here in serinabay , we all should be working together and feels sensitive on our surrounding

id like to make a suggestion/complain. i go to work early every morning, and theres always some car parked outside of the Mosque, no offence to my Muslim friends, but there ae better place to park ones car than infront of the Mosque gate which isin the middle of the road. i find that very stupid. can the management clamp their car or something? it is still within Serina Bay premises right?
Another thing, i agree with the writer of the last comment, where is the CCTV cam supposed to be fixed in the lift? apparently there are cats and dogs staying among us, they just cant read the sign and have to scratch on something "tangan gatal"
By all means, im happy that the young indian rela guard has left, he poss more harm to the residence here than safety. he drives out to the road like a mat rempit. totally no common sense.
