as promise this is the prove that i will not stand to close my eyes if found some things not right happening in serinabay fund .
1. The reason it is Chinese new year and offices not working is something not professional , jiran wangi can't say that "saya rasa nak terberak sekarang baru mereka nak cari toilet" , why there is NO! original resit attached or resit number written on top of the temporary resit to prove that it has been collect under badan pengurusan bersama serinabay , when surrendering documents to 2011-2012 JMB accountant.
2. The main concern now it involving breaching our trust , from where they get the authorisation to used this 3 temporary resit book amounting total to RM20K++ ." this is What we Call "Pecah Amanah" .
3. How about misconduct of debtors list fact , when they declare people owing money in debtor list yet when resident bring the original resit to prove of payment , the supervisor Mr Benny say this is human error , by right the list come from HQ of jiran wangi , all the resit book after used finished send to them from sit offices , only the big book is handle by the site offices and yet the resit no information can be miss out by both parties in HQ & Site offices . why are they trying to create high debtors in the documentations .
We jmb have let our accountant puan amelia to do a draft accounts for 2010 jmb , and yet we find some money dispute there too but still we have send this draft accounts for auditing and to present in EGM soon as another proves of miss used of fund according to all document hand over by jiran wangi to our accountant.
Right now I'm ordering the security to lock the offices and safe guard all evidence and proves advised by the polices and COB , to call for meeting of jmb again and to lay down the plan on what are the next step .
to all residence please stop doing payment to jiran wangi head quarters, any resit issued after 15.06.2012 by jiran wangi is consider and act of misconduct and not valid. 2011-2012 JMB will need 5 working day to resolve this matter and elect temporary company to run the collections and daily operations .

The EGM on 18-6-2012 is considered not valid as it is not constituded properly.
REASONS AS PER ACT 663
a) The EGM can only be convened upon a
requisition in writing made by the purchasers who are together entitled to at least one-quarter (1/4) of the total number
of parcels registered under section 12; 1/4 of 824 Serina Bay residents means at least 200 residents owners.
(b) The body shall convene an extraordinary general meeting upon receiving a direction in writing from the Commissioner for the transaction of such business as the Commissioner
may direct; and
(c) The EGM may convene an extraordinary general meeting on such other occasion as the Body thinks fit which means that it must have the CNSENSUS OF THE JMB MEMBERS
All EGM must be requisted by the Honorary Secretary and not the Chairman. If the Honorary Secretary has resign, then the Assistant Honorary Secretary shall take over.
Two(2)weeks notices are required to inform all the residents of the EGM. All notices for the EGM just like the AGM must be posted into the letter box of every parcel owners of the residents of Serina Bay.
If the above criteria has not been met, then the EGM is considered as NULL & VOID.
The EGM on 18-6-2012 has not been the above criteria and is thus considered as NULL & VOID.
MOREOVER THE CURRENT CHAIRMAN IS ILLEGITIMATE (TIDAK SAH) BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS AGM GAVE THEM ONLY 3 (THREE) MONTH TO SETTLE ALL ISSUES.
AS SUCH AN ORDER OR ACTION BY THE CURRENT CHAIRMAN AS FROM NOVEMBER 2012 TO NOW IS ILLEGAL, NULL & VOID.
NO JMB CAN OVER RIDE THE AGM DECISIONS.
THE RESIDENTS ARE WATCHING AND SHALL CONSITUDE LEGAL ACTION WHATSOVER EVER. AN INVESTAIGATION MUST BE CONVENE AS JIRAN WANGI HAS MADE A COUNTER POLICE REPORT FALSE ALLEGATION.
FINALLY THE CHAIRMAN HAS NO RIGHTS WHATSOEVER TO LOCK THE DOOR OF THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE JMB MEMBERS

Until today 18.06.2012 , I have confim back with COB Head Officer And IPD Timur Laut Polices Stations Plus the Insp Incharge Of this Case There Is NO Report back By Jiran wangi Or Who So Ever That Say I have made false Statement In My reports To the polices. dear anoymous You are lying Again , your remarks "JIRAN WAGI HAS MADE A COUNTER POLICE REPORT TO ME OR JMB AS FALSE ALLEGATIONS" is Not True. the Insp also Asking Me What is the report number ....Please show.
