Hi Everyone !..
As A Chairman for about 28 days of serena bay apartment here is what can i say :
1. Problems Ac cure here Some are cause By Residences bad attitude:
* If we see people coming in climbing over the fences into our compound we don't care and stop them , to work together catching offenders
* If we used touch cards doors in and out, some of us don't care to close it back making our building not secure , even though guards there we still treat guards as our servant, without respect to me working together is the best solutions to our safety here.
* Some residences here can even trow rubbish from theirs top floor to the podiums floor , without concerning other people safety below and treats our cleaners like slave to pickup the trash .this is to me very ashamed that in this apartment there is stills low mentality people living here.
* Some even risk our facility by inviting irresponsible visitors coming in our compound destroying our facility creating problems to our community.
* Some only thinks and complaints concerning theirs needs only without concerning others rights and needs very selfish .
* Some have theirs hidden agenda making problems for residences to be mad with the current JMB 2010.
As far I'm here as Chairman , I'm committed in fulfilling all our residences needs but if residences stills continually doing this it is very hard for me to help all of our needs, and would like to call upon others willing to take over.
But until then I'm will not bow to all this , i have to be st rick in my decision as for I'm not those with hidden agenda to become leader here.If about making money for my self I'm well given by god and enough.
All I'm asking is some supports here , i hope there can be a culture change here in Serena Bay apartment As for God have already Says:
"I will not change the fate of a nations, if the people in that nations would not like to move and change theirs own fate, forever they will be UN help by god"

The New JMB 2010 Has allready Make arrangement For The House Owners To Payback all thiers Debts, We just want to have it in minutes Black and White on next meeting Thursday Night 29.07.2010 ( Meeting date told By Mr steven Today 27.07.2010 As secatary ) On the Date any actions to be taken on those that Have not paid from day one untill now all the rest of the debtors Has To Finnalised In That meeting .Hopefully we can have a surports from The COB On this matter and starts Issueing Out letters To all the debtors After this Meeting.About the Car In And Out Open By Guard I Have strongly Stress On To this Matter Personnally The Guard Told Me that The Cars Just Want To Come In To Pickup And Drop People Only Instead They Go And Park Someware inside, Recently I Have found Out there is One Case That The owner Parking Lot Lets thiers Friends And Some Have More then one cars Come in 1 park at thier own Lot but 1 More Go And Complaint That Thiers Parking lot Has been Park by Somebody Else Cars And when The guard Would Go And Clamp that cars The owner Say No need Just Put a Warning Letter This Been happening For quite some time , to Me this Is just Making The guards Looks a fools Can Be Play Arround . I have put a stop To this Matter, Instructing Guard If This kind of Owners Do This Again Guard Dont Let Them Park Inside our compound. If This Owner rather Let Others People Used Thiers Parking Lot Without Clamping It , then its Become Thiers Own Problems And please Leave Your Car Outside.We have Visitors Parking lots But As What You can see All being Ocupied By Some Residents That really think Only About them self Not Others.When The guard Put Strings Making The Lots Empty They Go and pulls It Down And Park there , So If Really Visitors Would Like To visit Us Now No Choices They Have to Park outside.
I hope All of us Would really Understand living In Flat Concepts , everythings we need To share And think of others Too.
