Please Be Advise That Attached Are A Full Reports On Poor Quality Of Building Structure Defect Reports For Repair And Claims Under Pembinaan Kasporat, Attached Are Report With Color Photo On The Details Of The Defect Locations Areas.
I Hope That This Will Explained On Our Building Conditions That Untill Now No Repairs Has Been Done For All This Defect By Pembinaan Kasporat . As The New Chairman Of The 2010 JMB, I Hope That Pembinaan Kasporat Will Be A Responsible Developers By Repairing All The Defect And Helping Us In Making Serina Bay More Safer Building And More Cunducive Living Environment.
Below Are The Summary Of Reports Given :
1.       Defect Reports On Shops Units Building Structure And Common Areas Building Structure.
2.       Defect Reports On Rooftop House Units Building Structure

This Letter Is From Kasporat To The 2009 JMB And Robert Bench Informing That The Libility Period Has Ended On 05.08.2009.

But Given An Aditional 3 Months Extension Of The libility Peroid To Robert Bench And 2009 JMB To Act On Anymore Matter Arising On Leakage Or Building Defect Before November 2009.

What Ever Complaints Send To Them In Black And White By Robert Bench They Have Rectifed And Have Attend To The Matter Satisfactory With Units Owners Signature Confirming The Problem Has Been Setteled.

Coming Back To My Letter To Them The 3 Defect Areas That I Have Submited 1 Will Be Attended Soon.

1. Shop Units And Podium Area Crack Lines :
Kasporat Has Inform Me That They Will Do Back All The Shop Units Crack Lines , Level 1 Podioum Floor Crack , Block C Lobby , Strairs From Level 1 To Multistorey Carpark , Swimming Pools And all Defects Inside This Header Reports.

( THIS IS BASED ON GOOD WILLS OF THE DEVELOPERS AND OBLIGATIONS AS DEVELOPERS ) THEY HAVE YET TO GIVE ME AN OFFICIALS LETTER ON WHEN TO DO THIS REPAIRS .

2. Rooftop Units Leakage : 
Kasporat Will Not Entertain It Anymore As for The Libility Period Is Over , Management And Residents Has To Help Them Self.

3. Refund Of Renovations Deposits :
This Badan Pergurusan Bersama Serinabay 2009 And Robert Bench Have To Verify And Recommend The Refund Of Renovations Deposit To The Genuine Claims With Original Receipts.

Summary :

My Questions Is ?.

1. Robert Bench Officially Start Working On 1st August 2009.Libility Extended From 05.08.2009 To November 2009 , Why Is it The Rooftop Leakage Cases Still Un Attended , 3 Months Is An Ample Time To Compile All Rooftop Problems In Black And White And Submit To Kasporat .

2. Do! Robert Bench Really Submit All Our Residents Complaints On The Leakage Issues To The Kasporat

3. Do! The Old 2009 JMB Act On To This Matters , Are They Aware About The Urgency Of Submitting Complaints To The Developers On Time , Do they Give A Calling Notices To All Residences On To Submit Complaints Before Libility Peroid Is Over .

4. Do! The Old 2009 JMB And Robert Bench Really Care For Our Residents Problems .

5. Do! They Do Thiers Work Professionally , With All The Black And White.

6. After All This Time They Have Saying To All Of Us This Is Developers Faults , Making My self Angry Of The Developers Too,  But All This Do We Get The Whole Picture .

All Time If Everyone Do Thiers Part , Without Pushing Fault To Others , All This Can Be Resolved .

IT IS NOT HOW WE DIE , BUT HOW WE LIVE IT
